Small businesses will benefit from the big jump in consumer confidence n September. The index reached the highest level in almost a year. At the same time, auto sales, housing sales and retail sales are increasing.
Unemployment has improved because corporations are investing more, consumers are spending more and small businesses are receiving more business-to-business sales.
The major objective for most small businesses is to improve business-to-business sales. Increasing on-line sales is not as important, however government sales are very important to blacks and Hispanics.
