Economic Impact Analysis

In a general sense, our economic impact analysis helps clients to predict the effects of strategies and expenditures.

Our assesment extends beyond examining the direct effects on companies and organizations to include impacts on the marketplace and customers; information that allows the client to confidently make decisions fully aware of both the short-term and long-term implications.

Spatial Analysis

We are constantly refining the possibilities that Geographical Information Systems present for housing and community research.

Here is a brief thought experiment: Imagine all of the aspects that one considers when evaluating the Quality of Life a community affords. Housing prices, rental prices, school quality, access to public transit, traffic congestion, crime, public infrastructure (parks) and residential or commercial development, to name a few.

Now consider that a family possesses its own exhaustive set of attributes like income and employment status for the head of household, or the number of children in a family, or even the number of bedrooms in their home.

Spatial Analysis means combining community attributes with family and housing attribues and tracking  these relationships through the spatial dimension, in other words, where families locate or relocate.

Growth and Innovation

Small and minority-owned businesses experience the process of growth and innovation in fundamentally different ways than their counterparts.

The significance of these dissimilarities led us to create the Gazelle Index, one of the country's first business indexes specifically designed to address issues of growth in the minority business community.

At EuQuant, the value of our insight begins long before the client requests our services.
