Dr. Ross will sign copies of her recently released book "Mega Regions: Planning for Global Competitiveness", at the Georgia Institute of technology's Barnes & Noble located in Technology Square. Dr. Ross will take pictures and provide a brief description of her recently released book and its importance to transportation planning.
