Urban Entreprenuer Partnership Gulf Coast (UEPGC)

Client Request

UEP was launched by the Kauffman Foundation in 2005 as a vehicle for creating more scalable minority-owned firms in historically neglected and economically underserved urban areas. The Urban Entrepreneur Partnership Gulf Coast Inc. (UEPGC) reflects the implementation of this mission in a defined geographic region of the country-- the Gulf coast. . UEPGC’s mission is to assist in the restoration of business enterprises that were adversely affected by Hurricane Katrina and two provide general assistance to small businesses that are in the first stage of growth.

Euquant Solution

EuQuant has been retained to assist the UEP/GC in fulfilling its mission in the Gulf Coast region by creating a centralized database of participating businesses and organizations, developing analytical evaluation metrics and perform quantitative program evaluation services.
