The City of Atlanta wanted to identify the various economic impacts of potential and current transportation scenarios along with identifying potential revenue sources to fund these current and future investments that will be made by the city.

EuQuant’s responsibilities included an analysis of the economic impacts of various transportation scenarios and the identification of potential revenue sources to fund the City’s future transportation investments. The economic impacts assessment required the identification of changes at the macro level (city revenue) and the local level and it required calculating the effects on households, businesses, and communities within the proposed economic development zone:
